Lumen had grown to six clinics, but its website still looked like a startup's first draft. Booking took eight steps and most visitors left before finishing.

What we did

We rebuilt the brand around a soft, light palette and clear type, then designed a new site with a three-step booking flow that works just as well on a phone.
